$20 Medical Cannabis Card Online in Kailua 

Kailua residents may encounter websites promoting online medical cannabis cards or evaluations for approximately $20. This price should not be interpreted as the complete cost of receiving an official Hawaiʻi 329 registration.

Hawaiʻi’s state application alone costs $38.50 for a new one-year card. Patients must also obtain certification from an eligible physician or APRN before the application can receive DOH approval.

For an initial patient, the required provider-patient relationship may be established either in person or through telehealth. However, the patient still needs an appropriate medical evaluation and certification from the provider rather than simply completing an online application form.
